Axis Communications announces the release of a united video and audio solution that ensures the performance of an extensive range of Axis IP audio devices in XProtect, including horn, ceiling, pendant, strobe, and display speakers as well as intercoms.
About AXIS Audio Manager for XProtect
AXIS Audio Manager for XProtect is the main audio module for AXIS Optimizer. It enables users to schedule content, prioritize messaging, mix live and prerecorded audio, and more – all from inside XProtect. Administrators can use integrated audio management software and set up automated actions to ensure accurate responses to real-time events. Operators can monitor video and audio from a single interface without the need to switch systems.
With three operating modes (Legacy, Edge, and Pro), it supports every audio management need regardless of operational complexity, site size, or real-time communication needs. Announcements can be broadcast to individual speakers or complex, enterprise-wide audio systems.
