Axis Communications – a leader in network cameras and other IP technology – announced it has ranked 48 on the 2022 Best Workplaces™ in Canada List by Great Place to Work®. It is the third time the Canadian Axis Communications team has been listed on the Best Workplaces™ shortlist by the global authority on workplace cultures.
This competitive process bases the recognition on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from confidential employee survey results and the remaining one-third from an in-depth review of the organization's culture. Employees provide their perspectives to help establish an understanding of workplace culture, specifically in credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
