Pride in the place of work and fair treatment highlighted in the survey of employees across 32 countries as valued characteristics of a career at Axis Communications.
Axis Communications, a leader in network video, is celebrating certification by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, following its survey undertaken by 96% of Axis employees in EMEA in 2023. The research into employee satisfaction was conducted across 32 countries that comprise its EMEA-wide business, including the UK, and has led to Great Place to Work® certification in all countries where certification was possible.
The independent assessment, one of the largest and most rigorous globally and often regarded as the ‘gold standard’ of employer awards, uses a unique methodology to uncover the most thriving workplaces. To determine an organisation’s standing, Great Place to Work® administers its Trust Index™ survey to employees, while a Culture Brief evaluates the organisation's HR and leadership practices, policies and culture. To achieve certification, organisations are required to meet the 65% survey benchmark.
