Priscilla Gomes-DaCosta is among the 92 companies, executives and products named as winners of the 2023 Excellence in Customer Service Awards by Business Intelligence Group.
Priscilla Gomes-DaCosta was announced as the Front-Line Pro of the Year winner in the 2023 Excellence in Customer Service Award presented by Business Intelligence Group.
Priscilla is part of Axis Communications’ Technical Services team, which provides world-class technical support for all Axis partners, integrators, end-users, and internal personnel in the Americas region from Canada to South America. As part of this highly successful team, Priscilla set herself up for success early, providing stellar customer service all while taking on the additional task of completing trainings and certifications to further her education and hone her skills to provide best-in-class assistance to Axis customers. Prior to joining Axis in 2019, Priscilla had no experience in technical support roles or in the security industry itself. This makes her achievements at Axis thus far all the more impressive, as she came in with little preexisting technical knowledge yet eagerly took the challenge of learning an entirely new space head-on, working continuously to provide service and support to all customers.

The Excellence in Customer Service Awards celebrate those who are winning by supporting their own customers and those who are developing the tools to help others find success. Awards were given out to consultants, outsource partners and technology providers for superior performances in the past 12 months.
