Axis Communications announces its new Audio Ceiling Tile Kits for the US and Canada. These timesaving, pre-assembled kits include an AXIS C8210 Network Audio Amplifier integrated with a Quam SYSTEM 17/8DM 2x2 drop-in ceiling tile speaker.
Axis’ Audio Ceiling Tile Kit-US is a complete solution bringing network audio benefits to a tile speaker. The kit, available both with and without a camera mount, comes pre-assembled for easy, one-step installation. It utilizes AXIS C8210 for network audio via one PoE connection to provide high quality audio for security, safety, and operational efficiency with the option of adding video via a second POE connection.
The kit’s open standards support easy integration with network video, access control, analytics, and VoIP. Utilizing Axis audio management software, this audio solution provides zoning, scheduling, and content management, as well as offering flexibility for prerecorded or live announcements, proactive security alerts, background music, and advertisements. The kit also comes with built-in cybersecurity features to protect system integrity and safeguard against interference.
