Join the Axis team at Security Industry Association’s conference for young professionals in the security industry.
Axis Communications announced it is joining other industry leaders in sponsoring the Security Industry Association’s (SIA) 2021 AcceleRISE conference. This is the third consecutive year that Axis has sponsored this event which is focused on developing security industry professionals under the age of 40. This year’s conference will be hosted virtually from August 23-25, 2021. The three-day event will highlight success stories from the field, advice for the future and provide attendees with opportunities to network with rising stars in the industry. The annual event is intended to help prepare the industry’s future leaders by testing their skills and providing valuable information with sessions about effective communication skills, hiring process and people management, latest trends like AI and predictive analytics, and tips for selling security solutions.
Scott Dunn, Senior Director, Business Development Systems and Solutions, Axis Communications, Inc. will moderate a panel which will also feature Axis Communications Regional Sales Manager Kelsey Carnell and Zack Morris, Director, Commercial Career Programs, ADT Commercial; Marc Facca, Distribution Sales Consultant, Allegion; and Kim Hooper, Regional Loss Prevention Manager, Amazon. The session, titled “Securing Values: Choosing Your Path To Profession & Partnerships” will be held on Tuesday, August 24 from 2:45-4:00pm ET and will focus on the career journeys and related insights from the panelists--exploring the benefits of working for and with companies that employ a value-based approach to the physical security market.
