As one of our Channel Partners, your feedback is invaluable in helping us ensure that you get the right support to provide the best customer experiences possible. We’d love for you to participate in our 2024 channel partner survey this May. We can’t wait to hear from you and act on your feedback!

Since 2010, we have been conducting channel partner surveys. Over the years, we have expanded our reach, and today, the survey is distributed across 68 countries. Designed ultimately to help you provide outstanding customer experiences, the insights gathered from our survey are used to better understand your needs and those of your customers – and equip you with the tools and support to deliver tailored, long-term value.

Survey Information & Practicalities

All Axis Channel Partners will receive a link to this year’s survey in your inbox in May. The survey only takes 5 minutes to complete but plays a big role in shaping and expanding our offerings and partner benefits, all developed to elevate and expand your business. The survey covers key areas such as experience, improvements (how we can make it easier to do business with Axis), your perception of our organization, and business opportunities. 

Your Voice Matters

Through your insights from the 2023 channel partner survey, we have taken actionable steps to enhance various aspects of our offerings. Moving forward, we’ll remain committed to providing cutting-edge security solutions, maintaining the highest product quality, and fostering innovation. We aim to continue and improve offering efficient support – in the right channel with the right expertise, at the right time – and develop further to ensure a seamless partnership experience with Axis.

Utilizing the insights, we’ll focus our support in articulating the value of Axis across different verticals and unique customer challenges. We encourage moving beyond price-centric strategies and emphasizing the long-term Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) perspective. We’ll keep providing knowledge through our Academy and the Axis Certification Program, and in these areas we'll invest even more in making improvements to increase knowledge share to keep up with your needs and those of your customers.
